The Pittsburgh Poison Center (PPC) at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is certified as a regional poison information center by The American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC). The Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by professional registered nurses who are certified specialists in poison information.
