Cleans Vinyl To Prepare It For Finishing With Clear Vinyl Revitalizer

Flood Restora™ Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner is specially formulated to remove dirt and surface contaminants, as well as built in contaminants such as chalk, oxidation, mildew stains and fungus stains. Restora Vinyl Cleaner is ideal for use on vinyl shutters, trim, siding, gutters and outdoor furniture, and the heavy-duty formula is ready-to-use with no need for dilution.

Coverage
• One undiluted gallon will clean approximately 100 shutters, or 300-400 sq. ft.
• One undiluted quart (32 oz.) will clean approximately 30 shutters

Where To Use
• For exterior use only.
• Use on vinyl shutters, siding, window trim, soffits and fascia, entry doors, garage doors, outdoor vinyl furniture, and other exterior vinyl surfaces.
• DO NOT USE ON PAINTED SURFACES.

Preparation
• Wear eye and skin protection (see warning for details).
• Cover adjacent surfaces and anything you do not wish to clean, including painted surfaces, glass, masonry and aluminum.
• Nearby plants and shrubs should be pre-wet and rinsed thoroughly with fresh water.
• Shake or stir Restora Vinyl Wash thoroughly.
• Wet surface to be cleaned with water.
• Do not apply in hot sunlight.
• Do not apply if cold or wet weather is expected within 48 hours.

Application
• Spray on vinyl cleaner to all areas to be cleaned - for the gallon product use a pump-up garden sprayer; for the 32 oz. product use the handy spray bottle. 
• Let stand for 10 minutes, and then scrub with a stiff bristle brush to loosen tough dirt, chalk and oxidation (do not use a wire brush).
• Next, rinse thoroughly using the highest pressure from a tap water source or use a pressure washer at 500-1000 psi (rinse adjacent surfaces at the same time).
• Repeat above steps for heavily chalked and for extremely weathered, discolored surfaces.
• After cleaning with Flood Heay Duty Vinyl Cleaner, let dry.
• Proceed with Step 2, Flood Vinyl Revitalizer, to restore a "NEW LOOK" to dull, faded vinyl surfaces.

Clean Up
• Clean tools immediately with water.
