Concentrated Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner for Professional Use

Using Restora® Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner is the critical first step of the two-step Flood Clear Finish Revitalization system. Restora Vinyl Cleaner cleans vinyl surfaces deeply and thoroughly in preparation for applying the second step, Restora Clear Finish Revitalizer, ensuring the best results in restoring the vinyl surface. Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner, the professional-grade concentrate is mixed with bleach and water to make five gallons. It can also be applied through a chemical injector.

Coverage
• Vinyl Cleaner is CONCENTRATED. One gallon makes five gallons. Five gallons covers up to 1200 square feet.

Where To Use
• For Exterior Use Only.
• Exterior vinyl (shutters, siding, trim, other vinyl surfaces).
• Vinyl or plastic furniture.
• DO NOT USE ON PAINTED SURFACES.

Preparation
• Wear eye and skin protection.
• Cover adjacent surfaces you do not wish cleaner to contact, including painted surfaces, glass, masonry and aluminum.
• Pre-wet nearby plants and shrubs and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
• Stir or shake vinyl cleaner thoroughly.

Application Through Injector
• Combine one gallon of Restora Concentrated Vinyl Cleaner with one gallon of Outdoor Bleach in separate container.
• Wet surface to be cleaned with water previous to applying chemical mixture.
• Spray cleaner and bleach mixture on surface through pressure washer/chemical injector equipment at a ratio not to exceed a 5 (water) to 1 (cleaner/bleach mixture) ratio.
• Work bottom to top.
• Wait 10-15 minutes, but do not allow to dry. 
• For excessively contaminated surfaces (i.e. mildew, algae, fungus, etc.), scrub with a stiff nylon or bristle brush (do not use a wire brush).
• Rinse thoroughly bottom to top, then cascade from top to bottom using pressure washer, not exceeding 1000 psi and 4 gallons/minute (GPM).
• For siding, rinse each panel thoroughly, spraying at a 45° angle, at approximately 12 inches from the
surface. Do not aim sprayer upward to avoid water collection behind the siding panel. 
• Repeat above cleaning steps for heavily chalked and for extremely weathered, discolored surfaces.
• Cleaner must be completely rinsed and removed before application of Step 2 – Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer.
• Let dry. Inspect all cleaned areas for proper cleanliness.
• Proceed with Step 2 – Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer to restore faded vinyl surfaces.

Application Through Pump Sprayer
• Combine one gallon of Restora Concentrated Vinyl Cleaner with one gallon of Outdoor Bleach and three gallons of water in separate container.
• Wet surface to be cleaned with water previous to applying chemical mixture.
• Spray-apply mixture of Vinyl Cleaner through pump-up sprayer on surface to be cleaned. Work bottom to top.
• Wait 10-15 minutes, but do not allow to dry.
• For excessively contaminated surfaces (i.e. mildew, algae, fungus, etc.), scrub with a stiff nylon or bristle brush (do not use a wire brush).
• Rinse thoroughly bottom to top, then cascade from top to bottom using pressure washer, not exceeding 1000 psi and 4 gallons/minute (GPM).

Clean Up
• Clean tools immediately with water.
