Restora® Clear Vinyl Revitalizer restores the original color of dull and faded exterior vinyl. Guaranteed not to crack, peel or blister, Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer provides long-lasting color, strong surface adhesion, and superior penetration thanks to being formulated with Flood's exclusive Penetrol® technology. Use Restora Vinyl Cleaner to clean vinyl before applying Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer. The two-step restoration system returns weathered vinyl surfaces to a "like new" appearance.

Where To Use
• For exterior use only.
• Use on vinyl shutters, siding, window trim, soffits and fascia, entry doors, garage doors, outdoor vinyl furniture, and other exterior vinyl surfaces.
• Do not use on white vinyl surfaces.

Preparation
• Cover everything you do not wish to revitalize, including plants and shrubs.
• Surfaces must be thoroughly clean, dry and free of dirt, mildew and other contaminants.
• Clean with Restora Vinyl Cleaner first for best results.
• Before applying Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer, make sure surface is completely dry.
• Apply between 50-80 degrees F. Do not apply in hot sunlight and do not apply if cold or wet weather is expected within 48 hours.
• Use as is. DO NOT THIN.

Application
• Mix Clear Vinyl Revitalizer thoroughly before and periodically during application.
• Apply with synthetic tight knit roller cover (3/8" nap) and/or synthetic nylon/polyester brush. Airless sprayer is suitable for larger surface applications, such as siding. Spray equipment .011-.013 fluid tip 1200 psi or less.
• Test a small inconspicuous area to see the reaction to the surface before continuing with complete application.
• Apply finish from top to bottom throughly and liberally. It is best to crosshatch the Restora so it seeps into the surface texture. It applies a milky white but will dry clear.
• Smooth off evenly and pick up areas for drips and runs. Keep a wet cloth handy to clean up drips and spatters.
• If additional coat is required, it may be applied in 3-4 hours.

Dry Time
• Dry time 2-4 hours at 50% relative humidity and 77 degrees F.
• Cure and dry time will vary depending on humidity and temperature.

Clean Up
• Clean up with soap and water.
• If Flood Restora Clear Vinyl Revitalizer is allowed to dry on tools, remove with paint thinner.
• After use and before resealing container, be sure to clean the threads on the mouth and the lid with a damp cloth so the container can be reopened.
