3. APPLICATION -

Before starting your project, please read the complete label and safety precautions.

NOTE:
Do not mix with chlorine bleach or other household cleaning products. This may result in the release of highly toxic gases. Mix using only plastic containers in a well-ventilated area.

CAUTION:
Surfaces are slippery when wet. Use caution when walking on wet surfaces during application.

1. Shake well before mixing.


2. Pour product into bucket. Mix 1 part Dekswood to 4 parts water. Use only 2 parts water if the deck has not been cleaned each year.

3. Add water to bucket according to ratio above.

4. If using a garden sprayer, pour mixture into it.

5. Wet surface with water.

6. Apply product with garden sprayer, brush or roller.
(Photo e)


7. For vertical surfaces, work from bottom to top.


8. Work the product into the wood with a stiff bristle brush (do not use a wire brush).

9. Keep the surface wet. Allow solution to stand for 20-30 minutes.


10. Rinse surface and adjacent areas using highest pressure from a hose (or pressure wash between 500-1000 psi).

11. Clean tools with water.

12. Allow to dry 48-72 hours before finishing with Flood exterior finish.
