LIMITED WARRANTY: The Flood Company warrants against defects in this product for six (6) months from the date of purchase if applied according to label instructions to a properly prepared surface. If this product fails to perform in accordance with this warranty, The Flood Company will, at its option, provide an equivalent amount of new product at no charge or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not include labor or the cost of application of any product, and in no event shall The Flood Company be responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price. Claims must be made in writing and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to problems caused by alteration of this product, accident, misuse, improper storage, abuse, or neglect. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FLOOD COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and inhalation of vapors. Wear chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing. If vapors or mists are generated while applying or removing, wear a NIOSH/ MSHA respirator. Change clothes and wash thoroughly when finished.
First Aid: In case of eye or skin contact, flush with water continuously for 15 minutes. If swallowed, drink large amounts of water, do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately in all cases of eye contact or ingestion, or if skin irritation persists. In case of spillage, absorb with inert material and dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
